Magnetised Haematite
Not to be used during pregnancy, by those who wear a pacemaker or have metal pins in their body.

Magnets
In Asia and Europe magnets have been used for Centuries for their perceived medicinal benefits. They are reported to relieve aches, pains and circulatory disorders such as lower back pain, muscle strains, sciatica and arthritis. They are effective for elbow and knee pain.

Haematite
Haematite in its own right aids spinal alignment and is said to bring relief to sufferers of arthritis, leg cramps and other muscular-skeletal conditions. It is particularly good at strengthening our connection with the earth, making us feel safe and secure, giving us courage and promoting self confidence. As haematite is a calming stone, it can help alleviate stress and anxiety and helps balance the nerves. It was used in Ancient Egypt to calm hysteria and anxiety. It also assists sound sleep, will power and self control.

Combining Magnets and Haematite
Bring these two elements together and you have a powerful combination, being greater than the individual parts. To hold magnetized haematite is a fascinating experience as you feel the energy moving around. Let you intuition guide you to where healing is most needed and for how long, or just play. Be care free and the let the benefits come where they will. Sit with one in the palm of each hand quietly for ten minutes, and allow your head to be cleared and your body soothed. Cleanse often under clear running water.
